These terms cover use of the website and initial enquiries. They do not replace any separate service, recovery, repair, storage or vehicle-hire agreement you may enter into.

Information on the website

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the content is general information about possible services and not a binding quote, guarantee of availability or personal legal, insurance or financial advice.

Vehicle categories and photographs illustrate types of transport rather than specific cars necessarily available to a customer. Suitability, response times, insurance and any cost or eligibility depend on your circumstances and the terms agreed with the relevant provider.

Accident assistance and safety

In an emergency or if someone is injured or unsafe, contact emergency services first. Do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe. Submitting an online enquiry does not itself create an emergency-response service or guarantee immediate assistance.

We may ask for incident details in order to consider the next practical steps, but may need additional information, documents or provider confirmation before any arrangements can be made.

Replacement vehicles and credit hire

Credit hire is not automatically free to a driver. It can involve a contractual obligation to pay hire charges, and recovery of those charges from another party is not guaranteed. You should read and understand any hire agreement, insurance requirements and possible financial risks before signing.

A7 does not promise an identical vehicle, insurer acceptance or a particular outcome for any claim. Any regulated services must only be arranged by a business with the required permissions or exemptions, where applicable.

Messages and enquiries

Please provide accurate contact details and a truthful description of your enquiry. Do not send unlawful, abusive, misleading or unnecessary sensitive material.

Website enquiries are submitted through the online forms and handled by our hosting provider, Netlify. A confirmation page appears after a successful submission. Submitting a form is not an emergency-response request and does not create a contract or guarantee of assistance. For urgent assistance, please telephone us.

Links and third parties

Links to other websites or mention of third-party organisations are for relevant information. A link alone does not mean that A7 controls the third-party service, its terms or its privacy practices. Where you contract with a separate provider, its own terms will apply.
